QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: *
- Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field
- Two (2) years’ experience working with youth and families
- Master’s degree preferred

Blueprints is seeking a Family Group Coordinator that will be responsible for facilitating crisis/rapid response meetings and Family Group Decision Making conferences to support youth and families achieve permanency.
