Position Description:

  • Responsible to provide oversight and support for implementation and maintenance of Strengthening Families Program, Celebrating Families Program and any other youth or parent support program.
  • Coordinate services with the OCFDC Wraparound team to coordinate care and address gaps in the continuum of treatment.
  • Participate as a member of the OCFDC team.
  • Assist in developing policy, procedures, participant handbook, and training stakeholders/partners on project.
  • Coordinate overall health and wellness services including developmental, educational, medical, financial, environmental, and social well-being of the participants.
  • Complete and monitor GPRA data and follow up.
  • Serve as the liaison between CREOKS, OCFDC, and OCDC, and play a crucial role in recruitment of participants to/from both programs.
  • Responsible for understanding and following all of the administrative, clinical and programmatic policies and procedures of the agency.
  • Responsible to participate in mandatory trainings such as CAPE and CPR, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in social science preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with juveniles in the mental health field or related social service field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing wraparound services.
  • Ability to evaluate situations and adopt an effective course of action to carry out responsibilities, to organize and present facts effectively.
  • Basic understanding of social and cultural factors influencing human behavior.
  • Knowledge of various treatment modalities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure. Meeting deadlines with efficiency and consistency while maintaining a balance between good physical and mental health and the job requirements.
  • Such specialized training and/or certification in mental health services or related field as may be required in order to provide adjunctive services, i.e. Case Management Certification, and Systems of Care/Wraparound training and updates.
  • Effective presentation of self- demonstrating the ability to work with various systems while maintaining objectivity and cooperative attitude.
  • Current/Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
  • Capability to work as part of a team.
  • Core competencies in relation to individuals with co-occurring disorders
  • Travel within agency service area
  • Travel to meetings as necessary

Hours: Forty (40) hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
