Position Overview:

Support workorder management and planning for both the Tooling and Facilities Department. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Experience and Education Requisites

• Prefer Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• In lieu of degree, equivalent experience will be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Microsoft Office Suites or related software.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Physical ability to lift, climb, grasp, hold, stand, bend and stoop
• Must be a U.S. person per ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) guidelines.
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or a foreign person per ITAR.
