WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an Expert Cybersecurity Metrics Analyst. This role will be a leader with vision in the NIKE Corporate Information Security team and support NIKE’s Corporate Information Security Organization. As a part of the Governance team, this role will help set the direction of the cybersecurity metrics program, enabling organizational leaders to apply data-driven insights for key decision-making. The successful candidate will have experience setting team strategy, delivering on multi-functional projects and be able to navigate a highly matrixed organization.



WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
If this, is you, you’ll be performing these key tasks:

  • Operate as a team lead for the metrics program, being responsible for the work of the team and coaching/mentoring less expert team members in pursuit of delivery towards team goals.
  • Set future strategy and direction for the metrics team, in partnership with key Information Security leaders to ensure collaborator needs are met while pushing forward a bold metrics delivery plan.
  • Partner with leaders within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams to aid in communicating data-driven information security themes within existing reporting processes and cadences.
  • Communicating key security themes to all levels of leadership based on data-driven insights developed by the metrics team.
  • Be an authority in building, implementing and leading enterprise cyber security initiatives in a sophisticated organizational environment.
  • Demonstrable experience handling the demand/supply of project and program resources and tracking allocation.
  • Demonstrate an ability to influence all project and portfolio collaborators; communicate relevant security information to both executive leaders and individual contributors in an effective manner.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with Executives, Directors, Managers and Team Members in the pursuit of measurable outcomes and results.
  • Provide input into the Information Security strategy to ensure that future security investments are aligned appropriately when considering key priorities such as business requirements, industry threat landscape, and risk appetite of Nike, Inc.


WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will work with the Director of NIKE Corporate Information Security Governance and will be a team lead for the metrics function within the Governance team. You will collaborate with leadership in CIS, Global Technology and Nike business teams.


WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security/Management, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8-10 years of experience demonstrating thought-leadership in an information security role, broad knowledge and understanding of industry standard processes for information security, and a comprehensive understanding of the nuances associated with communication to senior leaders and the Board of Directors.
  • Prior experience designing and delivering cyber security metrics reports and dashboards, providing concrete insights for multiple audiences including senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Highly collaborative and partnership-oriented working approach, including the ability to communicate effectively meaningfully with technical and non-technical partners and customers.
  • Consistent record of being results orientated with demonstrable ability to achieve bold goals while maintaining relationships with key collaborators.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and handle and resolve conflict.
  • Demonstrated expertise of building a consensus across business partners and technology leaders and influencing successful outcomes.
  • Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate.
  • Experience working successfully in a high matrix organization.
  • Remote Work Option – Open to remote work except cannot work in the following locations: SD,VT, and WV. These candidates will be required to relocate.

For employees based in Colorado, this position has an annual base salary range of $145,000 - $240,000.

For employees based in NYC and Westchester County, NY, this position has an annual base salary range of $172,500 - $285,000.
