Experienced Retail Associate Part Time Job at Earth Elements
Available to work weekends, holidays and evenings. Big Bear is a resort town and we are committed to being open for our residents as well as our guests who have come to experience all Big Bear has to offer.
What the job requires:
Dependable: Showing up for work each day you are scheduled no matter what the weather is.
Greeting customers as they enter the store. Everyone who enters our stores is important and when they leave, they leave with a positive experience and you are proud of being part of a team who creates that experience.
Answering customer questions. Knowledge of crystal’s is a plus, but not necessary.
Keeping inventory stocked at all times. Learning how to check in and receive inventory.
Perform store opening and closing
Operating on the sales floor as well as learning the POS system and doing cashier duties.
Enthusiastic, personable and quick to learn. We have a wonderful, committed staff who are looking for just the right fit into our family.
