Our property management company is in need of a full-time Painter to join our staff. You will be responsible for rehabbing and painting multi-family dwellings. Most of our work focuses on interiors of units after tenants move out and before new renters move in. However, we are occasionally in need of exterior painting work, which requires working safely at heights. We’re looking for experienced Painters who understand the industry best practices and apply them to every aspect of their work. In some cases, tenant build-outs are involved with the job. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits after 60 days of employment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Paint common and public areas of our properties
- Travel and make repairs at various properties in the greater Portland metro area.
Job Qualifications:
- Advanced painting, staining, and color matching skills
- Basic Carpenter skills, Electrical Skills, Plumbing Skills
- Basic drywall removal, replacement and repair skills.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Excellent Customer Service, be a team player and must follow instructions.
- Able to push, pull, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation
Benefits:
- Full-time 40 hours per week.
- Hourly: $15.00 to $20.00/hr DOE
