Job Description


Sets the stage for great creative to happen and trusts talented people to do talented things. Oversees creative output at a client level and ensures delivery of creative excellence on every project, with every partner regardless of budget or scale.

WHAT YOU DO:

  • Compelling and persuasive presenter for all audiences
  • Responsible for overall creative excellence
  • Provide clear and decisive input on all creative issues
  • Support HoC/CCO to achieve creative excellence
  • Deliver presentations (internally and externally)
  • Train studio on best branding practices
  • Drive new business and pitch content
  • Work with SLT to monitor financial health
  • Champion and drive award submissions and wins
  • Mentor and develop cross-discipline expertise.
  • Motivate through rewarding/highlighting talent
  • Responsible management of direct reports including CC and training
  • Responsible for supporting CDs to deliver effectively for clients
  • Create an inspiring studio culture
  • Identify new talent and gives hire approval with SLT
  • Champion and support TD's Mission and Goals.
  • Contribute to TD's image and presence in the industry.
  • Participate and contribute to the Summits and Mission Control
  • Partner with executive team to maintain Mission Critical

Qualifications

  • Approx 15+ yrs.
  • Creative Leader experience in branding/ design agency
  • Design degree or relevant qualification
  • Proven experience in relevant leadership position on project teams across wide range of consumer and corporate client businesses
  • Good industry connections
  • Strong people management, client and peer relationship skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, able to influence and persuade effectively
  • Strong problem solving and business management

skills including oversight and management of relevant budgets

  • Strategic and objective thinker and problem solver

Additional Information


Compensation Range: $167,000 - $299,500 annually. This is the pay range Turner Duckworth believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Turner Duckworth reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
