Executive Assistant to CEO - Boston, MA

Level: Mid-Level

Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $110K

Requirements:

  • 3 years plus experience support c-level executive
  • Must come into the Boston office 4 days per week
  • experience with travel coordination
  • Complex calendar management
  • must be able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong work tenure with at least three years of experience supporting C-level executives or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Competency using Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal savvy, strong listening abilities and executive
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet
  • Proven track record of handling matters with discretion and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively anticipate issues and consistently deploy an approach to problem solving that displays strong decision-making ability and sound judgement
  • Strong organizational skills and proven attention to detail
  • Adept at relationship building and handling challenging situations with tact and diplomacy

Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the President & CEO is responsible for:

  • Providing support to the CEO in the execution of his/her responsibilities by effectively managing the CEO's schedule while also providing administrative support to the Oversees special projects as directed by the CEO or the Chief of Staff.
  • Coordinates closely with the Corporate Leadership Events Manager for executive leadership meetings, off-sites, and other related activities as requested.

Responsibilities:

  • Exercising keen judgement, coordinates and executes both routine and highly sensitive communications among the CEO and Executive Team and their administrative support staff maintaining confidentiality in all communications.
  • Exercising sound organizational skills while anticipating the CEO's needs, manages the CEO's busy calendar of meetings and travel and organizes the CEO's travel
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external parties while protecting and ensuring optimal use of the CEO's time in accordance with organizational priorities.
  • Handle telephone inquiries for the CEO as well as incoming correspondence and Routes these as appropriate either to CEO or members of the Executive Team.
  • Handle the processing of all CEO-related travel
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating ability to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
