Job Responsibilities: - Handling day to day requirements of CEO
- Coordinating schedule and travel / limited travel
- Proofing / editing documents and contracts
- Real estate maintenance coordination
- Spreadsheet / statistical data revisions
Required Skills:
- Resourcefulness

- Project Efficiency/ Timeliness
- Assertiveness
- Excellent competency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite / Microsoft Teams
- The ability to read and analyze contracts Preferred Skills:
- Bi-Lingual

- Emphasis in Real Estate Transactions / Contracts

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
