About Us:
Spare Time Texas is a locally owned Texas-based entertainment company specializing in bowling, arcade, laser tag, dining, and events. The company first opened its doors in Temple, TX in 2013. The second center opened in Pflugerville in December 2015. We strive to provide outstanding facilities, products and service at a fair price for the communities we serve.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Book events and birthday parties
- Answer all telephone calls and e-mail requests in a timely manner
- Make follow-up and confirmation calls to clients as directed
- Host tours and on-site visits to the center
- Execute post-event activities (surveys, thank you cards/e-mails)
- Use software to track and manage prospects, clients and events
- Prepare proposals and contracts for clients as needed
- Send information to clients via mail and e-mail
Required Skills:
- Intermediate level user of Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Outstanding communication, organizational & inter-personal skills
