Job Description

The event marketing manager is responsible for leading a team that generates quality leads for bath remodeling services offered by MR.FIX-IT™ at community events, festivals, box stores, as well as home and garden shows. This position requires a driven, self-motivated, and outgoing professional to meet the needs of MR.FIX-IT™ customers along with managing, training, and motivating the event marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and oversees the lead generation efforts at events and within big box stores.
  • Assigns and manages the lead generation team, ensuring that all events and stores within the territory are effectively covered.
  • Monitor and track lead performance and provides regular reports to the Director of Marketing.
  • Works with the lead generation team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies for each event.
  • Regularly visits events and stores to provide coaching and support to the team, and to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts at events.
  • Meets and exceeds established productivity goals by generating quality appointments through the leadership and management of a lead generation team.
  • Keeps accurate records and data of leads generated, appointments scheduled, and other relevant information in the company's CRM software.
  • Participates in regular training and development sessions to stay up to date on policies, procedures, industry developments and trends.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to provide feedback on promotional materials and strategies, as well as identify new opportunities for lead generation within the territory.
  • Schedule events throughout the year and build relationships with event organizers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+years of management experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or communications is preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge or experience in management, retail management, or telemarketing
  • Must continuously stand or walk regularly requires lifting, handling, carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (30-50 pounds)
  • The ability to travel to various locations based upon business needs
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
