Equipment Technician – North Kingstown

General Summary:
Our North Kingstown Rhode Island site is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join its team! As the Equipment Technician, you will assist production, engineering, and technical personnel in the planning and execution of the tasks necessary to safely bring equipment and chemical products to market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Builds: reading/viewing mechanical AutoDESK 3D drawings, PVC cutting and gluing, layout and fabrication of equipment to drawing.
• Documentation Development: Modification to operating procedures for improvement; mark up of drawings to as built; review of user manuals
• Inventory Management: receiving parts, preparing parts into kits/subassemblies for equipment builds

What You’ll Bring to This Role:

• 1-2 years’ experience in an industrial environment (preferred)
• Minimum High School Diploma required
• Mechanical fabrication skills
• Computer fluency
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• High degree of integrity and professionalism
• Strong commitment to maintaining and improving our Responsible Care work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are a team player and can manage priorities effectively
