• The job is located in Franklin, IN

The job starts at $20.25 - $21.50/hour with the opportunity to earn an attendance bonus of an additional $2/hour for regular hours worked and $3/hour for overtime hours worked. This would bring the pay range to $22.25 - $23.50/hour. Benefits will also be offered at the 90 day period, including medical, dental, vision, life, and PTO. This is a direct hire position with no staffing agency involved.

What shift will you be working?

2nd shift: 4pm to 12:30am Monday through Friday

3rd shift: 12am to 8:30am Monday through Friday

4th shift: Saturday/Sunday 8:00am to 8:30pm, two weekdays 8:00am to 4:30pm

5th shift: Saturday/Sunday 8:00pm to 8:30am, two weekdays 12:00am to 8:30am

6th shift: Sunday through Thursday 9:00pm to 5:30am

SUMMARY: Receives, stores, and distributes products in refrigerated and/or frozen rooms within a warehouse established by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reads shipping order and/or picking order to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Positions forks and/or other lifting devices under or over loaded pallets and transports same to designated warehouse areas and/or storage racks by operating electric-powered forklifts or electric-powered hand-trucks.
• Loads and/or unloads product items and other materials onto and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.
• Marks materials with identifying information.
• Lifts, counts, sorts, and places product items on pallets according to order fill instructions or special requirements.
• Prepares and records order fill tickets and truck logs (load sheets) in accordance with company standards.
• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
