Job Description
  • Work as a liaison among stakeholders both business and IT side in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements.
  • Designing of various documents including the Software Requirement Specifications SRS, User stories, BRD, Use Case Specifications and Functional Specifications document.
  • Involve with reviewing defects report from UAT efforts and analyze for root cause and took actions based on the findings.
  • Prepare UML diagrams (Activity diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use case diagrams) for Extensions.
  • Work with clients and IT Team to document functional test scenarios, test plans and end-user acceptance testing criteria.
  • Define terms conducted stakeholder analysis, elicited business needs, conducted business process modelling, and facilitated JAD sessions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer science, Technology, Engineering, Management, Administration or any related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of Business Requirements Gathering, Business Process Flows, and Business Process Modeling.
  • Excellent understanding of business requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, technical requirements, and business process flows.
  • Excellent skills in documenting Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Use Case Specifications, Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Systems Requirements Specifications (SRS).
  • Possess business skills, project management skills, problem solving skills, and customer relations skills, strong analytical skills, communication skills and presentation skills.
