Your Key Responsibilities
- Drafting of tools drawing documentation (hot forging tools) arising from production plan and forging line products.
- Carrying out changes in drawing documentation under the impulse of technological improvements in the production process
- Check and release of drawings for tool and product design worker.
- Provides expert assistance for tooling manufacturer and confirms usability or uselessness of forging tooling in case of production deviations from drawing parameters.
- Responsibility for creating and managing the Bill of Materials (BoMs) for tooling as well as creation and maintenance of Production Resource Tool (PRT) to support tooling management
Your Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related degree
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance measurement systems
- Experience with design of forging tools and auxiliary devices
- Profound knowledge of CAD Tools (PRO E/CREO)
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant production engineering background
- Experience with vertical press technology
- Willingness to travel (domestic & international)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
Your Benefits
Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000
