Job Description

Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Vivint’s solar sales growth through managing accounts from sale to install while contributing to overall process development and improvement. The successful agent should seek to provide a world class customer experience to all customers, internal and external, across all their functions and interactions. These functions may include Inbound and Outbound account support, customer retention/saves, customer onboarding, confirmations, installation partner management, sales rep support, and contributing to data via detailed tracking of work.
Success in this role will also require commitment to results (sale to install rate and customer experience improvements) while working in a “start up” mode; this team is new to our solar operations and is still in the process of being fully built. Account Managers are expected to contribute outside the scope of their defined role, recognizing the unknown needs that will emerge as we seek to build this operation into a world class and high impact operation. We are looking for employees who will buy in and work hard and smart towards our goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in account management and/or solar operations, minimum 2 years of experience; college degree preferred
  • Proven track record of top performance in previous roles
  • Proven ability to enhance operational efficacy and efficiency
  • Comfortable engaging directly with customers, including problem solving and retention conversations
  • Competitive spirit with experience contributing to team culture, including positivity, high performance, ownership, teamwork, and accountability
  • Must have strong sense of what “world class customer experience” means with ability to drive execution against that goal, personally and with your team
  • Ability to track work to enable impact measurement and data analysis
  • Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to change
  • Highly motivated self-starter with friendly personality
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships, including with sales reps, installers, and customers
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, in person, over the phone, and written
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Teams, and other MS Office applications
  • Ability to work on site in Provo, UT preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
