About the Job
The Employee and Executive Communications manager is a trusted communications partner to one of our business leadership teams. This role has opportunities for executive coaching to communicate strategy and build trust, as well as opportunities to engage employees around a vision. Strong communications will help teams around the world interpret business priorities and understand the impact of their work.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define communications strategy and priorities in alignment overall business objectives.
  • Partner with leaders and HR to execute communications activities that enhance employee engagement and drive clarity and alignment to the organization’s strategy and goals. This role will also coach senior leaders for internal opportunities and counsel on best practices in employee communications and engagement.
  • Create authentic and compelling content in various formats and vehicles for a variety of stakeholders, maximizing communications channels, such as town halls, round tables, executive presentations, intranet pages, email content and leader messages, signage and more. Ensure content reflects the executive’s unique point of view and aligns with company-level messaging.
  • Monitor, measure and analyze communication activities to inform decision-making.
  • Support cross-organization collaboration with other communicators.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative and drive for results, often working independently
  • Capacity for multiple projects/activities with a commitment to deadlines, even in an interrupt-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships; ability to work with executives at multiple levels of the organization
  • High accountability in maintaining confidentiality of information
  • Innate drive to collaborate with communicators across the organization
  • Experience working with a global team, and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Knowledge of tech industry; experience communicating about technology is a plus
