Position: Primary Montessori Teacher

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain a prepared Montessori environment that meets the developmental needs of toddlers.

- Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities.

- Foster a love of learning and independence in each child.

- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their growth and development.

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress.

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and harmonious learning environment.

Requirements:

- Montessori certification for the Primary, 3-6 year old age group (AMI, AMS, or other recognized Montessori training).

- Previous experience working with primary in a Montessori setting.

- Passion for Montessori education and a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create a nurturing, supportive, and respectful classroom environment.

- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
