Overview:
Days Shift only - Wednesday - Saturday 6am -5:30pm
The Electrician installs, maintains and repairs mill electrical systems and equipment.
Ascertaining cause of electrical malfunctions in a timely manner.- Restoring equipment to proper working order in a timely manner.
- Correcting any electrical safety problems or potential problems.
- Installing electrical equipment to NEC standards.
- Calibrating and testing electrical equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation.
- Working from a ladder as required.
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain appropriate checklist
- Assisting other maintenance personnel as required.
- Assisting machine operators in determining cause of problems and malfunctions.

Responsibilities:
- Having the ability to install, trouble shoot and repair HVAC systems and lighting systems.
- Having the ability to install, trouble shoot and repair electric solenoid valves and pumps.
- Having the ability to install, trouble shoot and repair electrical sensors and mounts.
- Having the ability to install, trouble shoot and repair electric motors and switch gear.
Employee is expected to maintain a clear and orderly work space, assist fellow workers whenever possible, and work other shifts as necessary. Comply with company work and
SAFETY rules, and utilize required personal protective equipment.
Qualifications:
Valid Oregon Journey Level License.
