Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Special Educational Director to oversee our educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Director of Special Education License, Minimum of a Maters Degree and/or C.A.G.S., at least two years of relevant experience, and a leadership license is an asset but not required . The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving educational excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs in alignment with our school’s mission and vision.
• Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student learning.
• Establish and monitor performance objectives for the educational department.
• Collaborate with other school leaders to advance the school’s strategic plan.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Special Education License
• Master's degree in Special Education or C.A.G.S.
• At least two years of experience in an educational leadership role.
• Leadership license is an asset but not required.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
