Hayutin Education specializes in working one-on-one with students of all ages and learning profiles. We are currently seeking dynamic, experienced educators that can commit to any given student for the duration of the school year. Our students vary in age and ability, from K-12th grade, gifted to mildly learning disabled.

Our educational therapists specialize in working with students with a wide range of diagnosed learning disabilities, and must be able to author academic treatment plans, provide informal assessments, interpret educational evaluations, and be skilled in advocating for students with special needs by communicating with students, faculty and administrators to implement academic accommodations.

The work is often a combination of remedial programming in reading, writing and mathematics, and educational support within the framework of the student's actual schoolwork. Executive functioning skill-building and study skills/organization are frequently needed.

Ideally, we are looking for educational therapists available to work in:

• Greater Los Angeles areas: Santa Monica, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Bel-Air, Westwood, West Los Angeles, Mar Vista/Palms, Culver City, Venice, Marina del Rey, Westchester, Beverly Hills, Miracle Mile, Hancock Park, Silver Lake, Los Feliz
• San Gabriel Valley and San Fernando Valley areas: Pasadena, Altadena, Sierra Madre, San Marino, Burbank, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana

Starting pay: $90 per hour (in-person) and $70 per hour (virtual), commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Special Education, Educational Therapy or related field
• Educational Therapists must be AET certified or hold a Master’s in Educational Therapy
• Prior teaching experience required
• Available afternoons, evenings and/or weekends for at least 5 hours per week
• Must have an insured automobile
