We are looking for a candidate for our returns department to deliver the highest level of quality service to our customers. This position is responsible for delivering superior RMA service (including the processing of RMA tickets, replacements, and/or credits) in a prompt, respectful and courteous manner to ensure concerns are resolved.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding orders and returns. Assist customer in processing RMA tickets, refunds, and/or replacements.
  • Provide products/services support in both verbal and written form.
  • Respond to customers in a timely and accurate manner with professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with customers and internal/external departments
  • Follow internal RMA procedure to report special cases for group evaluation of liability and risk
  • Increase customer satisfaction by quickly resolving dispute claims
  • Investigate customer claims by gathering necessary information and documentation

  • Have experience creating or modifying procedures.
  • Team Leader or Supervisory experience.
  • Monitor Team/Team Building: Find and resolve issues within team and set goals.
  • Cross-Departmental collaboration and communication.
  • Strong Communication skills: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with service vendor and suppliers
  • Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.

Key Skills

  • We are E-commerce driven: Excellent written and communication skills are required. Spanish speaker a plus.
  • Innovative problem solver who enjoys working with and helping people
  • Must be able to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be highly reliable, honest, patient, organized, and focused.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Able to successfully perform in a fast-paced work environment, and to work well independently and with a team

Job Qualifications

  • An associate college degree is preferred
  • Minimum 1 years of customer RMA related experience
  • Basic computer skills to include MS Office: Word/Excel and Google Sheets
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks while working independently, without direct supervision
  • Customer Service Experience (1 year)
  • Leadership Experience (Preferred)
