About the Role:

The E-Comm Sales Account Representative is responsible for supporting the Sr. Key Account Manager with their daily workflow.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Support existing customer accounts coordinating with Account Managers to achieve sales objectives.

· Review the On Hold Orders report daily and release or cancel orders in accordance with Account Manager’s directions.

· Assist with targeting and launching sales campaigns.

· Analyze and prepare revenue reports, and/or other business transaction reports.

· Interact with clients through email and telephone to maintain accurate and complete customer account information in CRM (Sales Force) and ERP (Sage) systems.

· Coordinate with Account Mangers in identifying new business opportunities with current customers to expand and improve company presence.

· Identify online issues that may create sales hindrances and pass to appropriate internal team(s).

• Attend company meetings, training seminars / webinars.

Qualifications:

· Associate’s degree or above

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, strong Excel knowledge

· Sales Force CRM knowledge

· Strong written and verbal communications skills and proven ability to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities.

· Strong attention to detail

· Conducting research with the ability to distill key points and offer insights on the information gathered.

· Managing and executing multiple, detailed tasks and projects for assigned client accounts.

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written format, with varying levels of company staff, clients,

· Must work well in a team environment and have a demonstrated ability to operate at all levels within a retail organization.
