Dumpster Waste Management Rolloff Dispatcher Job at M & M Waste
Open top Rolloff dumpster dispatcher.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL A with 5 years of driving experience or dispatch experience with roll-off dumpsters
Duties:
- Manage 10-15 Class A and Class B roll-off drivers.
- Route each truck daily as the loads come in and set up each driver for success.
- Monitor each driver as they complete each load and check the landfill and disposal tickets.
- Handle daily problems with customers and drivers.
- Manage the fleet maintenance program and tire program with the office personnel.
- Set up new programs as needed.
- Ensure that drivers are doing pre and post-trip inspections and are reporting any defects.
- Work with mechanics and welders to make sure you have enough dumpsters for delivery.
- Hold weekly documented safety meetings.
- Liaise with and manage the inside sales staff to ensure you have loads for the drivers.
