Backed by some of the same investors that invested in Allbirds, Hims & Hers, & CloudFlare, we are now growing our team to scale our product while also building tools to further simplify the returns process and internal logistics management. There was $761B of merchandise returned in the US in 2021, which was a 77% year over year increase. Over half of those items never made it back to inventory resulting in around 2.8 million metric tons of CO2. Oops Part-time Driver*

Oops is hiring a part-time driver that will help us launch operations in the greater Salt Lake area. As a returns driver, you’ll drive a scheduled route, assist in the delivery and picking up of packages, and deliver the returns to their designated destinations. You will be working the Friday shift, Saturday shift, or both. We would expect you to be available for about 10 hours that day, but it would most likely be less than that.
Responsibilities

• Ability to work ~8am-5pm Friday and/or Saturday ($18-20/hr)
• You’ll help pick up and deliver packages on a scheduled route
• Pick up and deliver packages from our customers in the Salt Lake City Area
• Operate a mobile app that routes you to the pick-up locations
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a positive light as the face of the company
• Communicate any issues and failed tasks to the company

Qualifications

• You must be 21 years or olderHave a driver’s license
• Have a personal vehicle (clean & safe)
• Own and be familiar with using a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
• If you are not a U.S citizen, you must be authorized to work in the United States (a work permit/visa is required)
• Able to lift 40+ poundsHave car insurance coverage
• Willing to comply with company safety policies and all applicable State/Federal driving and safety laws
