- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum 3 years' experience providing medical transportation.
- CNA Certification is a preferred, but not required
- Valid Driver's license with clean MVD record within the past 5 years
- Pass Criminal Background Check
- Pass initial Drug Test, be willing/able to submit to random drug
