Drive- Thru Manager


Key Role:

To ensure the Drive-Thru is serving others and impacting their lives in an extraordinary way. Also leading the team to ensure we are delivering a quick and accurate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru
  • Coaching the behaviors of all team members who work drive-thru. Those behaviors include:

o Proper bagging to ensure accurate orders of high-quality food

o Using the proper amount of condiments

o Maintaining a clean and organized workplace

o Implementation and enforcing innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence

o Aligning daily practices of the Drive-Thru with the Vision of the organization and with the annual thematic goal of the organization

o Delivering daily and weekly Drive Thru performance reports


Key Traits:


The Drive-Thru Manager should:

  • Work a minimum of 30 hours per week in the restaurant
  • Allocate at least two hours per week to planning
  • Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all Drive-Thru related goals and success factors to Team Members
  • Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation
  • Effectively coach and give direction
  • Align training and evaluation practices with the Vision of the organization and thematic goal for the year
  • Enthusiastically and passionately lead the Drive-Thru team
