The Calvert County Health Department, Division of Behavioral Health currently has immediate start open position for dedicated Domestic Violence & Victim Therapist. They would be seeing victims/survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and/or childhood trauma (abuse, neglect). Many times there are co-occurring issues like mental health or substance use. We see people of all ages, children and adults, male and female. Some clients are self referred, but some are referred by CPS and other agencies. Not a high caseload. Supervision toward licensure provided. Salary commensurate with educational background and experience levels.
