PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Type and distribute information; organize and maintain filing systems; prioritize and annotate mail.
  • Serve as the liaison between the supervisors, managers and/or executive and other company personnel. Relay messages and instructions.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an activity calendar if required. Arrange business itineraries and coordinate travel requirements for all staff and visiting customers when/if required.
  • Prepare materials and information for projects and/or meetings.
  • Order and maintain supplies.
  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create Disassembly and Inspection Reports based on the dispositions provided by technicians
  • Retrieve traceability data by communicating with planning and production departments
  • Retrieve evidentiary documentation (router packets) from various departments and scan and upload digital copies in document management system
  • Generate Final Documentation (Databook) for remanufacturing projects of NOV equipment per IADC guidelines
  • Work with internal quality assurance reviewers to meet IADC requirements
  • Work with product engineering and compliance team to retrieve historic technical data and survey reports
  • Identify potential improvement opportunities within the applicable systems and work with relevant departments on such improvements.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in its own activities and operations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School or Associate degree with 2-5 year experience in documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 year experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be able to work without sponsorship now and in the future

  • Solid understanding of part traceability is preferred
