Job Summary:
The Division Order Analyst will establish and maintain the record title ownership of oil and gas properties to ensure the accurate payment of royalty and working interest revenues, and the billing of well costs.
Job Duties:
  • Prepares division orders.
  • Assists with research, problem solving and other assigned special projects.
  • Conducts extensive analysis of ownership documents and title opinions involving Company assets and third-party ownership in order that ownership records can be created and maintained.
  • Originates, edits, and/or confirms the data used in establishing Company's and third-party ownership.
  • Performs other/additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Internal applicants should meet all eligibility requirements per employee handbook.
Qualifications:
  • High School education or equivalent required, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related Land or Title experience; or a Bachelor’s degree accepted in lieu of experience.
  • Knowledge of general Land practices preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Land related agreements and ownership documents practices preferred.
  • Intermediate to proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Strong math/quantitative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to proficient analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience
