Dispensary Leadership Job at The Pharm & Sunday Goods
The Sunday Goods Retail Team is looking for a highly motivated, passionate, detail-oriented and proven leader to join our family and bring the Sunday Goods brand experience to life for our North-Central Phoenix location. The leader will guide a team and is responsible for leading all execution as it relates to sales goals, talent development, driving the business, compliance, merchandising and day in/day out operations. This leader will implement and execute directives and will oversee daily operations while providing a best in class experience!
Essential Functions:
● Set and deliver daily/weekly/monthly goals that align company targets set by Director of Retail.
● Manage day-in/day-out operations, merchandising decisions, inventory management, labor scheduling/budgeting
● Execute/Oversee Standard Operating Procedures and policies that keep dispensary in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
● Provide weekly reporting, store KPI’s, and performance reviews to the Director of Retail.
● Manage controllable costs on P&L within the confines set by Director of Retail.
Skills, Education and Experience:
● Passion for Cannabis, a love for people, competitive spirit, analytical, problem solver, time management, customer/patient focus, 5+ years of experience in a Management role
● MS Office, technical capacity to learn/operate business platforms, ability to lead and manage teams
● Bachelor’s Degree preferred or comparable work experience
Ideally, you also have (optional)
● Dispensary Management Experience, store opening experience
Opportunity for Promotion to higher volume locations/multi-unit management
