We are Looking for a Talented Dispatcher to:

• Organize & coordinate daily schedules based on call priority & technician ability
• Dispatch & debrief our technicians
• Monitor performance of service techs
• Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner
• Understand sales goals & hold team accountable

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Plumbing Experience OR HVAC Experience OR Dispatching Experience
• A hawk-like eye for details (at least to the point where they read this whole job posting)
• Problem-solving skills that rival Sherlock Holmes's (probably also loves puzzles)
• A near-superhuman ability to multitask
• Focus on top notch-customer service
• An empathetic and upbeat attitude
• A backbone! Our dispatchers thrive under pressure.
• A drive for excellence
• No qualms with making quick decisions as things change throughout the day
• Experience with ServiceTitan (not required, but it will give you a major leg up if you have it)

What You Can Expect:

• Full-Time Schedule. We are seeking a start date of the first week of January 2023.
• $15-$17/hour starting off, with set criteria to move up to $20/hr
• Work from home; expected to stay a remote position.
