Pay Range: $24/hr to $26/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules.
- Maintain customer database with current information.
- Clear and concise communications with the department managers, employees, and company customers.
- Keeping customers appraised as the company schedule and requested lead-times.
- Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Organizational skills
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
- 2+ years of customer service and scheduling experience
