Dana Transport in Oxford MA is looking for a dispatch support to assist in dispatch and the general paperwork flow in a transportation office. Must have good customer service skills. Attention to detail is very important. Must be able to pass a background test. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, employees are also subject to random drug/alcohol tests.
Typical hours will be Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities and Duties
- filling in for dispatch
- order entry
- group email inbox management
- answering phones
- data entry for customer portals
- reviewing and entering info into spreadsheets
- entering load information and changes into database
- assisting with paperwork flow for drivers
- etc
Qualifications and Skills
- high school diploma
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- previous dispatch experience
- customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
