Job Overview:
The Dispatch clerk will be a key component in Jet Polymer’s shipping/receiving department. This individual will need to work closely with our customer service and logistic departments.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Data entry
- Multitasking
- Customer service
- Preparing paperwork
- Utilizing a multi-line telephone
- Coordinating inbound and outbound loads
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience in data entry or other related fields
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive
