In addition, Caldera House includes Southcable Cafe, Corsa Restaurant, Shin shin Sushi, and Mudroom & Nomad Sports Shops, for all visitors of the ski resort to enjoy. The Dishwasher position is responsible for enuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, Dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and uphold the highest safety standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate the dish machine to wash all Restaurant and Kitchen dishware
• Manual hand washing pots, pans and other kitchen equipment
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Organize dishes and glasses and keep the polished racks separate from unpolished racks
• Maintain polishing program
• Complete special projects as assigned
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Adapt to meet priority changes during a shift
• Maintaining and utilizing the cleaning supplies and chemicals, alert supervisor when stock is running low

Required Skills & Abilities

• Fluency in English
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry heavy loads
• Stand for the entirety of a shift
• Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations
• Flexible Schedule
