Moneta is searching for a Director of Talent Acquisition to join the leadership group on our Enterprise Services Team. The Director of Talent Acquisition will work collectively with Moneta’s leadership team to develop and drive the recruiting strategy to support the firm’s nationwide growth. The Director of Talent Acquisition will also have the opportunity to evaluate and improve processes and systems already in place. Moneta is looking for candidates who are passionate about financial services, not afraid to dive into the weeds of recruiting, and enjoy meeting new people.

Job Description
  • Lead local and national searches for Advisor caliber talent and leadership positions
  • Travel as necessary to develop a national network that will help attract top industry talent
  • Develop network through membership of industry associations and attending seminars/events
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities to raise Moneta’s brand visibility at the university and professional level
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategy with focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Manage a team of talent acquisition specialists
  • Meet with internal leadership and Partners to understand their team’s makeup and how a new hire will affect team’s workload and chemistry
  • Enforce branding in recruiting that helps establish Moneta as a market leader
  • Communicate with highest levels of management in the company including Partners and President/COO
  • Effectively utilize pre-employment testing
  • Evaluate and manage applicant tracking systems, background check systems, and candidate testing systems
  • Manage third party recruiters when necessary
  • Foster an environment of empowerment
  • Reinforce Moneta’s ‘Why’ in all aspects of the role, which is “To empower people to navigate life’s path and protect what they cherish”

Qualifications
  • B.S. in Business or Human Resources
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 15 + years of experience in recruiting within the Finance industry
  • Director level leadership experience
  • Strategic, management, and tactical experience with recruiting practices and procedures
  • Strategic partnership experience at the executive level
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, set expectations with hiring managers, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly (50%)
  • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
