Director of Sales & Marketing, Senior Living - Walker Methodist Place Job at Walker Methodist Place
Walker Methodist Place seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales, marketing and outreach strategies of the Campus. Duties include: tours, phone calls, consistent database management, external networking, competitive analysis, referral generation and development, event planning and execution, quality lead generation, and collaborating with the community leadership team and the Regional Director of Sales in developing and implementing the annual marketing plan. A reflection of Walker Methodist and the company’s mission, vision, values, proven sales success and high standards of marketing, customer service excellence, and being a positive team member are core qualities of success.
Minimum qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration with Sales and Marketing Specialization, Communications, Health Care or related
- Minimum of three years of sales experience
- Experience in entrance deposit independent / assisted living communities preferred
- Finesse in sales systems and understanding the different styles of selling, and when to apply
- Proven success in building positive relationships and an environment of trust
- Genuine interest in regular interaction with older adults and their families
- Self-motivated, highly innovative and growth-focused attitude
- Personal passion for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with internal and external customers
- Intermediate computer skills
- Wholeheartedly embrace our values of respect, imagination and collaboration
