Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a PTA, COTA, SLP, PT, or OT
Must hold and maintain current license in the state of Ohio
Minimum of two years management experience and additional years experience in a long term care facility.
Must be willing to get COVID vaccine, subject to legal requirements.
