LPN / Director of Nursing
Assisted Living Center facility located in Liberty, MO. is currently seeking an experienced LPN to serve as the Director of Nursing.
We are looking for an energetic, results oriented, team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel. This role is to work hand-in-hand with the Administrator, to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure overall compliance with the nursing department. The successful applicant will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, and experience working a team approach environment. The candidate must enjoy working with a population of adults 18 and older, specializing in mental health. Willing to become a Medication Level 1 instructor (L1MA instructor-Company paid certification) to certify staff to become L1MAs. Requirements include an unencumbered Missouri LPN license, an excellent regulatory compliance record and a commitment to Total Quality Management. To be considered submit your resume.
