Job Summary:
The Director of Finance Budget & Analysis (the Director) is responsible for overall strategy development, leadership and management of the Finance Department and its staff. These responsibilities include oversight of accounting, accounts payable and analysts.
The Director works with executives, other leaders, with and through direct reports and staff to execute, through effective operational leadership, on the strategic plan of NorthStar Care Community. The Director is a significant operational expert and is accountable for outcomes for Finance. The Director is further responsible for promoting a culture of excellence in patient care, ensuring outcomes are met as related to patient/family/caregiver needs as well as employee performance and engagement.
