Clinical Service Line Director - Oncology Service Line including direct oversight of operational and divisional departments

As the Clinical Service Line Director, you will responsible for driving strategic and business planning, program development and operational efficiency under the guidance of Senior leadership. Collaborate with staff from hospital operations, finance, marketing, planning and medical staff to ensure that projects and initiatives are completed in a timely manner. This role will also drive the execution of the full life cycle of projects including scope definition, planning, analysis, measurement, and communication. As a member of the assigned Service Line’s Executive Council, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the development of the Service Line vision and strategic plans, as well as for executing the Council’s recommendations and initiatives. Is responsible for the program’s overall financial performance from monitoring program volume to improving the program’s cost structure, productivity, and revenue position. Responsible for the development of policies and procedures, recruitment, education, evaluation and supervision of all support staff.

Required Criteria

• Master’s Degree in Business administration or equivalent
• Seven or more years of experience in supervisory/managerial capacity
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
