We are seeking an individual excited to share the passion for the world's game with the next generation and assist in the growth of current and new programs as well as the hiring and training new high quality coaches.
HappyFeet Soccer is a nationally recognized and professionally developed soccer program which has been specifically designed for children ages 2 to 5. HappyFeet introduces children to the wonderful world of soccer by going on great imaginary adventures while also playing fun games and singing songs, all with our special soccer ball - Bob. We call this “STORYTIME WITH A SOCCER BALL” and kids have a blast with it!
This approach encourages creativity, confidence, listening skills, cognition, social and emotional development, and physical activity while introducing preschool children to soccer in the best age-appropriate manner available.
The Director of Coaching will have responsibilities as follows but will not be limited to:
- Coaching classes at select area programs.
- Continued growth in understanding of the HappyFeet Curriculum & Philosophy
- Overseeing programs and their growth.
- Organize weekly lesson plans following monthly curriculum supplement.
- Updating Rosters
- Auditing classes
- Parent Meet and Greets
- Communicating between school directors, coaching staff, and HF Directors
- Communicating with parents through our mobile application.
- Assist in implementation, and operations of evening & weekend programs.
- Hiring and training of new coaches.
- Motivate staff to grow and succeed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
