Job description
Individual is seeking assistance in the home for care needs, located in Marathon City Wi. Individual is seeking a support worker that is willing to be trained on mechanical lift transfers; assistance with ADL's;
PEG. Tube feeding, and trach care. The ideal candidate would have work experience with exposure to complexities of caring for long-term care needs on a daily basis. Support Worker needs to be caring and reliable. Member is alert and able to communicate needs and concerns.
Wage: 17.00-22.50per/Hr. depending on experience.
(2.50 Per Hour add on Weekend Rate)
Bonus: $100.00 Recruitment Bonus
Schedule:
Support Needs are for every other Weekend.
Schedule Needs:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:30PM -5:00AM
Friday 5:30PM - Monday 5:30Am Every other Weekend. **
** The Weekend shifts can be split between 1 or more New Hires.
** New Hire has the option to sleep during down time or when Member is sleeping.
If hired, If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the
Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The
Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care hired,
Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
