Liberty Residential Services is looking for people like you to join our team, providing person-centered, highly specialized services to clients with disabilities and challenging behaviors in residential settings.

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work in a team environment to assist our residents with daily living skills and community integration while also monitoring behavior plans and ensuring the safety of both residents and staff within the homes.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with daily living skills

• Facilitate client community integration, including:

• Fun outings

• Day programs

• Jobs / Internships

• Monitor and implement behavior plans

• Ensure the safety of residents and staff

Hours:

• Full-time and as-needed schedules

• 8-hour shifts

• AM, PM, and NOC schedules available

• Weekend availability required

What We Offer:

• Starting compensation range: $18.50 $22.00 an hour (depending on credentials coming into the program)

What You’ll Need:

• A valid CA driver’s license

• Ability to pass a background check

• At least 6 months of experience serving people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities
