The ideal candidate will have experience as an industrial maintenance technician either in automotive manufacturing, metal forming manufacturing, injection molding manufacturing, or closely related industry maintenance experience.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; five years related experience and/or training in a maintenance role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years robotic programming experience using Motoman or Siemen’s.
• Two years of experience working with automated weld equipment.
• Three years of experience working in an industrial automated environment.
• Understanding of manual and automated MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Job Accountablities:

• Installation and repair of electrical equipment.
• Inspection and testing of machinery.
• Repairing broken machinery.
• Troubleshooting equipment and automated machinery.
• Adjust robot programs for the automated welding machines.
• Implement and maintain preventitive maintenance.
• Clean and lubricate parts of machines to ensure higher efficiency.
• Installation and matienance of pipes, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and valves, gauges and other related equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Benefits and Pay:

Medical, Dental, Vision, Matching 401K up to 4%, PTO, and paid holidays. Pay is $26-$40 an hour based on experience and education.

Shifts Avaliable:
M-F from 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am. Training will be done on 1st shift from 6am-2pm.
