Seeking a direct care paraprofessional to work with adults with disabilities from our Bangor office. Services are provided throughout Van Buren County.
The Community Support Specialist arranges and provides community-based supports including instruction in daily living skills & assistance connecting the individual with meaningful social and occupational activities to enable them to be participative members of their communities.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma/GED, a valid MI driver's license (to transport customers in an agency vehicle), and physical ability to push/lift/carry up to 25lbs to assist customers with mobility, including pushing and loading wheelchairs into vehicles.
