Requirements:
- At least one year of fine dining preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Oversees customer service, making sure residents are greeted and orders are taken and received.
- Makes sure dining rooms are clean, sanitized, and organized by using daily checklist.
- Handles guest complaints.
- Creates staff schedule to assure great customer service while following budget guidelines.
- Hire, train, and supervise all front of house team members.
- Facilitate communication between dining areas and kitchen.
