JCC Greater Boston is seeking a dynamic people-oriented and social media savvy person to recruit and manage social media influencers who will support the agency’s family outreach and engagement work throughout Greater Boston. This is a unique position and requires fluency in social media platforms, strong verbal and writing skills, people management skills as well as the ability to design and build new networks of influence. This is a part-time, 12 hour/week position which is hybrid – primarily remote.

This role is part of the Marketing Department and will work closely with the Family Engagement team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create a strategic social media influencer hiring plan based on demographics with support from the marketing and family engagement teams
  • Participate in designing influencer campaign strategies and optimize campaigns for performance based on goals and outcomes
  • Manage a part time team of 3+ influencers
  • Develop a set of goals, intended outcomes and benefits for influencers
  • Ensure implementation of influencer marketing best practices
  • Analyze engagement data, identify trends in interactions and use that information to build community and brand awareness online
  • Create content calendar
  • Optimize performance by assessing the influencer-facing experience on a regular basis
  • Communicate regularly with influencers and manage reward fulfillment
  • Contribute to evolving best practices and documentation
  • Contribute to additional Marketing team and Family Engagement team goals, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A passion for digital marketing, influencer marketing, or advertising
  • Demonstrable proficiency with social media networks
  • An analytical, data-driven, and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in creative writing and/or blogging
  • Team leadership and/or supervision skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • An ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • A high get-it-done and figure-it-out quotient
  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage others to agreed-upon goals
