The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the products and/or services of our clients. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring quality leads/customers through digital media channels including social media, google, email, websites, display, etc. As part of the marketing team, he or she works with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers, agencies, and creatives), inside and outside sales team leadership, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. This position is a 7-month temp assignment, with the possibility of hiring full-time.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Develops and manages campaign budget
  • Forecasts lead volume and optimized programs to ensure lead quality
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies
  • Plans execute and measures experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimizes user experience
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Designs to build and maintain a social media presence
  • Identifies conversion points and optimizes user funnels
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluates and propose emerging technologies.
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Required Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience and proven performance in digital marketing with a focus on lead - generation marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in DotDigital
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing SEM Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to work as a high-performing individual contributor as well as a member of a team.
  • Knowledge of CAN-Spam, TCPA, privacy, and other making and online media laws.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement**

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2C is a must and B2B preferred
  • Familiarity with UX/UI
  • Working with creative and tech teams to partner and optimize results
  • Working with call center or in-person sales teams

Working Conditions:

  • This position is hybrid. 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
